How do i change the top rated votes needed from 10 to say 1 in LinksSQL version 2.2.0. I am running in dynamic mode. I assume it has something to do with changes to the "sub _build_ratings" in nph-build.cgi. I have tried using pugdogs suggestion from this post but it didn't work:

My subroutine has a different name sub _build_ratings...pugdog calls his sub build_rate_page?
If I can get this working I might have something show up on the Ratings page.
