Still having this problem with some detailed pages not building. This time:
page 1: up to 550
page 2: started at 930
nothing built in between although records are present.
Tried Repair Tables.
Tried installing Build_Detailed plugin- then uninstalled. (left behind code in nph-build.cgi)

Anyone else experiencing this or has any advice?
