The issue I have with the above design in screenshots is that the page's content (to the left of the right hand side column and below the header) is in IE 5.1 for Mac on 0S 9 shunted right down the page near the bottom. Looks really weird
It may be just a width issue but I'm not too sure ! Seems a pity not to investigate it but as you say, statistically it is a lot of work for so few users...
