new install and errors with plugins
after a bad server crash I am reinstalling things with the newest version 3.
I am trying to install my classifieds plugin and ge the following error.

Error running installation code: Plugins::Classifieds (27816): Could not make directory: /home/httpd/html/simcoeclassifieds.com/public_html/classifieds/images/category Reason: Permission denied at /home/httpd/html/simcoeclassifieds.com/cgi-bin/classifieds/admin/GT/Plugins/Manager.pm line 264.


anyone know what to do here?
