CSS in Luna

CSS in Luna
Hey,

I have tested to change the color and background of the searchbar.

I changed in CSS editor the file luna.css and added

Code:
.searchbar {
border-bottom: 1px solid #99B9E3;
background: #D2E4FC;
}

at the end of the file then builded the pages...

the color did not change? what did I do wrong?
