We've made a free plugin: http://www.webster.de/links-sql-plugins/
to do something similar. But the link will not be deleted automatically.

The plugin allows the user to mark a link to delete
and inform the admin via mail about this.

Optional, the link can set to status isValidated = off
The option to auto_delete ist available but not active!
