I'm interested in developing (or collaborating with someone to develop) a "rate this thread" system. This is different than the karma plugin already discussed. This plugin would allow registered users to rate a thread (0-5?) with the click of a button. That way, some folks can just read the highly rated threads if they want.

Anybody started or interested in something like this?
