I've thought of that - the problem is the email doesn't state the 'specific' reason eg. 'already listed', 'unsuitable content', 'doesn't fit theme' etc. The criteria is spelt out very clearly before they submit, it just seems that some get confused
when they get an email that they have been rejected for 'one or more of the following reasons'.
