I run ACT! to keep up with my customers and clients. I am looking for a way to automate some tasks and would like to know how Gossamer AutoRespond would compete or have advantages over the SAMS program I am looking into.

Please note that I am looking at maybe going a different route to keeping up with my clients as ACT! isn't the best things to use on the web, although they do have a web interface, it's slow and expensive. So I am currently looking for something that can replace ACT! work on the web, and have most if not all the features of ACT!. I will also need a AutoResponder, so that is why I am looking into Gossamer AutoRepond..
