Today, i first time find that email leads function is not funcation correctly

we i try to email leads, ( there is a button there) , the programme send mail to all leads of all user.
actually i expect only specified user's leads should received the mail.

I run this in admin account. not yet tried in user account.

weather this is a bug or i misunderstand the meaning of "email leads"
