Hi,

I'd just leave them all symlinked:

/home/user/lib/GT
/home/user/cgi-bin/links/admin/GT -> /home/user/lib/GT
/home/user/cgi-bin/gmail/admin/GT -> /home/user/lib/GT

Probably easiest that way.
