Hello! Is it possible to have the "Search this category" feature to include related categories?

Example:

There's a category called Transportation > Automobiles

And there is another category called Business > Shipping

Suppose that Shipping is a related category under Automobiles.

Is it possible to modify Search.pm to include Shipping when I specifically search the Automobiles Category? Therefore what would happen is that if there is a query match inside Business > Shipping, its category and links results are also included.
