Hi,

I have a lot descriptions with certain keywords. Does anybody know the technique to automatically change some plain text keywords into certain url's??

ex: the plain word "Spain" would be <a href=<"http://www.mysite.com/spain">Spain</a>.
(This must be site-wide)
