Bounced HTML Mail -- Observation

Hi.

Default message format to display: HTML (Set By User)

HTML Mail bounces back from a given To:

The Preview shows the Bounced Message From The Remote MTA

On Opening I see the original HTML Mail

Then to see the full bounced message i have to switch to text/plain. Is this behaviour related to remote mta? I should be seeing what i see in preview but that's not the case.
