DBMan to DBManSQL- multiple unrelated tables?

DBMan to DBManSQL- multiple unrelated tables?
In moving from DBMan, I have 6 flat file datafiles at this time. For the first step, I want to have 6 SQL tables from those 6 .db files for each client. To make that work in DBMan, I created 6 .cfg files (one for each .db file)

Now that I no longer have 6 .db files do I just need the db.cfg? or do I need a db.cfg in addition to one .cfg file per table? Each table has a different db definition, hence the need for 6 .cfg and .db files before.

Thanks for any help. I'm trying to get this first step of the migration moving quickly!
