missing options_emailprof.htm template file

missing options_emailprof.htm template file
I am running 2.1.1 and in the options menu there is a selection for "Email Profiles". The link points to:

http://www.domainname.com/...ptions_emailprof.htm

This is the error message:

The page requested (options_emailprof.htm) is not found or invalid.

I looked in the brewt directory as well as nessa and neither have that template file. How do I get it and what is on it if I have to build it myself?
