SlyI did finally figure this one out. There is nothing wrong with the site. Turns out that since I last ran the configurator I updated my Windows OS and the new IE no longer resubmits your info in forms when you hit the "Back" button. Security risks you know! The trick to get around this is to go ahead and click the "Back" button and once you get back to the Expired Page Error, just click the "Refresh" key in IE. Then answer "Retry" when the browser respnds. That get's you back without a problem.

BTW - Trying to open each file in a different window was my first my first thought too. But these are buttons that you cannot "right-click" on and get a chance to "Open in a New Window". Unless someone knows something I don't.
