I'm thinking on getting LinksSQL to create a directory of service providers withinthe US with states as categories and cities as subcategories. My question is, is there an already made database for this structure (states/cities) available somehow for those (lucky ) LinksSQL owners?? If not, does there's a workaround this... maybe importing a db from another vendor etc.

Another one... Let's say I want to take the directory to global dimensions. So that I don't have to manually create the categories for world cities etc., does there is a way of allowing a user to create(submit) a new category when submiting a link?
