Not that I know of. Your best bet is to so something like this in subcategory.html ;

Code:
<%if ID == 1234%> 
  <a href="http://www.site.com"><%Title%></a> 
<%else%> 
  ... normal category codes here.... 
<%endif%>

That should work.. but it does require editing the template each time you want to change the URL etc.
