When we move or delete a post/thread, it would be great if we could send easily a private message to the user to tell him that we moved or deleted his post.

For example, when I move a post without the pointer, I would like to have, on page where we select the new forum, a simple text editor to send easily a private message to the user to let him know that I moved his post. In the text editor, there could be a pre-defined message configured in the template like this:

Hi <%user_username%>,

We send you this private message to let you know that your thread "<%post_subject%>" was moved to the forum "<%new_forum%>".

<%current_user_username%>
----------------------------------

The same kind of feature could be done when we delete posts/threads.
