I actually like it when I reply to my own postings. It means I am learning something. So I discovered that as long as my tags are within the "search loop" I can access them with the standard <%ReviewerID%> convention. As soon as you get out of the loop you cannot do it that way. So I was doing all of my debugging and function calls outside of the loop. As soon as I moved everything up everything worked just fine. Same is true with the "hidden" tag and the "row-col" tag used in searches/deletions.
