not complaining about duplicate urls........

just complaining where people have purposely chosen a domain which increases their ranking. e.g.

casino-casino-casino-casino.com/casino/casino/casino.php?casino=casino

also need something that can run to check this after it is in the database not when it is added or validated beacuse its already in our links database.
