Hello i want to observe one Forums-ID

If a User goes in a the Forum with the ID 1 i want to get an Email oder a Site where the last login in this Forum display as an loop

If ist possible i want to see this information on a Site, can spmeone help me ?

i know i have to write some values in the database, but with and how can i get this values?
