Well, I moved servers and now all my files are giving me permissions errors and site isn't working. Basically, all I did was .tar.gz my /cgi-bin/ directory and moved the whole thing to my new server, then dumped the mysql db. I figured i'd beable to login to my admin.cgi after i'd done this and change the mysql info to the original, or atleast beable to run setup.cgi, but all are givbing me permissions errors... what's the deal?
