This thread appears to be going in my direction.
If DBMan SQL 'properties' of a table element lets one limit the size of an uploaded file, I presume it should be possible conversly to RETRIEVE the size of a previously uploaded file which is displayed by a template.

I would like to display a picture and beside it the corresponding number of bytes or kb. Any suggestions Yoyoyo or the Stone ?
