Adding From name in messages

Adding From name in messages
I can't figure how to add a From name in the outbound messages. It defaults to the email address used in the profile for each individual account.

For example, I would like it to be similiar to:
Gossamer Forum <gforum@gossamer-threads.com>

Instead of:
gforum@gossamer-threads.com

Can you help?
