Greetings,

I installed the popserver plugin and then ran into some difficulties. I had to reinstall the pop server. When i did, i tried chosing the same port that it was bound to before but it would not let me. I have bound it to a new port but I do not want that other port to stay "bound" for no reason. Could you help me unbind this port?
