Not a very complex plugin. It will simply allow you to add categories in bulk. Simple enter into a text box, a list of what you want to add, i.e;

Category_Name:::Category Of:::Description:::Meta Description:::Meta Keywords:::Header:::Footer:::Category Template

And then the plugin will 'Import' this list of categories into the database. Includes quite a bit of error checking, such as making sure that the father category exists; the category trying to be added doesn't already exists; the template set trying to be added actually exists, and more.

I'm gonna be putting out a beta version of this sometime today (within the next few hours). If you wanna give it a go, please let me know, and I'll get a copy sent over.
