I want to do the following things (for a newsletter subsciption service for my customers):

1. when an email is sent to a special account, with email address 'foo@domain.com', insert the email into the account of a list of users.

2 remove all traces to where the email was originally sent to (replace e.g. 'foo@domain.com' with 'bar@domain.com')

Is this possible, and if yes where would I start? Other things to consider?
