User Validation
Is there anyway to have the user validate themselves via the Validation Code#?

Right now after the user signs up, a validation e-mail is sent to them with a Validation Code#, which doesn't even work. Seems rather pointless to have this if they can't validate themselves and it still requires Admin validation manually.
