When I try to run it from the command line as

perl subscribe.pl --send

I get back

Can't call method "fetchrow_hashref" on an undefined value at /export/home/httpd/cgi-bin/forum/admin/GForum/Subscribe.pm line 33.

perl subscribe.pl --debug doesn't provide any useful info (just a description of the script, basically).

Any suggestions on what I screwed up? Other mail functions, i.e., auto-reply, work OK.
