You couldn't make this up!

- If you display text and/or graphic via a video screen with the intention of making a sale, you could be sued.
- If you receive information to make automatic transactions for a sale via video screen, you could be sued.

Some company in the US has a patent on these methods and is suing online businesses as fast as they can!
