I've got a couple of quick questions about Autorespond. We'd quite like to implement it as a mailing list manager so in effect we would utilise most of the features of the script but, without the automated follow up feature (other than the "thanks for subscribing" first email).

What we want to be able to do is to send an email to our user database as and when we need to. Is this possible or are we restricted on when emails can be sent i.e. after set time periods.
