[Bug report] Validate Users in Admin
The sign-up column in "Validate Users" reports the date & time of your log in to the admin tool instead of the users' sign-up date & time.

Attached is an example I captured after I upgraded to 1.1.8 last night. I logged in just a couple of minutes ago to verify the error.
