Is it possible to let all users that have posted in a discussion that there is a new post as an option rather than as normal only one person (ie the person whose message you click reply on) receiving an email about a new post. This way people who have obviously shown some interest in a discussion are alerted about new input from other users.

At the moment people don't know the discussion has gone any further and can only find out by connecting and maybe seeing a new message.
I know that you can subscribe but that is usually set once a day and doesn't give the same rhythm to a discussion.
