Any of my Canadian freinds expereinced the obvious, and unecessiarly long time it takes for Shaw Cable to update their DNS information. When ever I get a new domain, or change the name server for one of them, it seems every anon. proxy, every one else in the world EXCEPT shaw cable users can see the changes for days!
I emailed their tech support:
Hi, I am wondering what time the next full DNS data update is for my area? I can resolve my new domains through anon. proxies in the US, but not through the Shaw network. I am located in blah blah blah

Hello, We perform a full DNS push regularly, however due to the network architecture of our DNS server group, it can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to reflect at the local level.
