hi i have links sql v2.10 and i like to run this in mod_perl

when i go to links sql admin/then i go to setup then i click the Environment and i get this

can any 1 till me how to setup links sql in mod_perl i have look in Readme for mod_perl and says
2. Add the following section to your httpd.conf file

but where can i find the httpd.conf file
