It is the tracking for the times that it is reccomended.

Just make sure that you select YES or NO in the setup of the plugin then when validating new links place a "0" in the RecTrack box. Then they will validate.

I think Paul updated the plugin to correct the empty box this morning though. So you might be able to get the latest one from the download area and it may correct that as well.
