I wonder if the plugin.cfg file becoming corrupt for some reason would cause this?
Sure enough, the plugin.cfg had reset itself :-(
Poop! How would it do this I wonder? I notice its permissions were chagned to 666, and not 644 like the other files too.
Edit: I am re-installing all the local plug-ins.. but Lilnks just won't add plugins from remote locations to the un-installed list... wierd.... I may have to delete this directories and start again.
