I have column LastName in my database ( MSSQL2000).
How can I retrieve records containing LastName where 3 letters of this column the same ( does not matter what this letters are )
Example:

Aaabbbbb
Aaaccccc
Aaabbbbb
Bbbcccc
Bbbdnnnn
