There's a problem in that template with regards to some missing form elements. Replace admin/templates/admin/post_icons.html with the attached file.

If you are curious, or want to make the change manually, it involves adding just two lines to the file: copy and paste the two 'input type=hidden' lines from immediately below the first opening form element, so that they are also immediately after the second opening form element.
