Sorry for butting in, but wouldn't it be a good thing to have the approved version that the plugin applies to listed in the plugin manager? This would allow people to see what version the plugin applies to prior to downloading and attempted installs.



I too have tried to download a plugin that did not apply to my version. While it did not cost me months of time to correct, it was an inconvenience that would have been avoided or at least a potential realized prior to the download if a version assignment would have been present.
