Have you checked the FAQ noted below? I'm assuming you are not referring to the SQL version.

If you are using DBMan then check the FAQ under the section "Fields" for a thread called "Output depending on fields connected".

This may help, if not, you can post more information in the DBMan forum and I'm sure we can help you find a solution.
