I've just gone through installing the GM & it was all automatic.
That's fine & easy for the times when it goes smoothly.
There are times when a person's server may not write permissions correctly though.

Even though it may be mostly automatic, is too much to ask for a listing of permissions so we can check ourselves? I mean most of us who install GM if having problems can check permissions manually & trouble shoot by ourselves.

I'm having problems with the incoming.pl & it may not be that script that the permission is set wrong it maybe another directory or another file but we can't tell cause we don't have access to see what file permission are.
