I want to do a classified like Automotive Portal

So I´ve set up tables like makers Wolkswagen, Ford, Chevrolet, and car models like Gol, Parati, Fiesta, Ka, Astra, Corsa

How can I do to when a user select the maker it shows up only its specific models

Like

The user select Chevrolet and in another field shows up Astra, Corsa

I want to do this in the add form, search form, etc
