problem with build

Hi!
I have problems with build links.
My ISP has restriction on performance of processes, I have many links (170000ê) and all categories have not time will be build. How it is possible to solve this problem? Whether it is possible to cost not at once all sections, and for example, on one (to specify them by turns in parameters script)?
