very new links sql user here

search of forum turned up nothing useful

how do i load a flatfile of several hundred links into the links table? not from a previous backup, from a flatfile which i will create manually (from a proprietary bookmark system)

assume i will pre-massage the flatfile to use the appropriate ID values for the link categories

i will get these IDs by querying the links table through sql monitor

database is sql/server

anybody ever done this before? hints? scripts?
