Netscape can't find fileman, but IE can?

Anyone ever call the fileman.cgi in netscape's browser and get a 404 error on the
"../images/fileman.js"
file?

I'm lost, because the program works in IE.

I installed fileman from the AOL browser, not Netscape, would that make a difference?

"chmod = 755" on fileman.js

images are in the public_html/images directory...
I give up, help?
