I am in the process of deleting users. However, after I click on the delete link next to the user I get the following message:

Are you sure you want to delete Unknown Tag: 'user'?

What does this mean? Should I go ahead and press "yes". Also, if I just suspend a user will they still receive mail and they just arent able to view it or is it the same as delete yet it keeps there account incase I want to reactivate it.
