Gossamer Forum 1.1.1 editor fix
I've fixed several problems with the new advanced editor for Gossamer Forum 1.1.1, and added support for writing private messages with it.

Please test it out - if there are no major problems encountered, I'll make 1.1.1 available for download tomorrow morning. Sorry for the delays, since we originally planned to release at the beginning of this week, but we are confident that the extra time put into the advanced editor has been worth the effort, and we hope you'll agree.
